Please arrive no earlier than 5 mins before your appointment time.

Health History Forms will be emailed to you. Please fill these out prior to your appointment. Every massage appointment includes an intake process and home care exercises.

Direct Billing is available for most insurance plans. Payment is due in full, immediately after your appointment. If there are any issues with insurance processing, the client is responsible for the full payment.

Cancellation and NO-SHOW Appointment Policy

24 hours notice is required when cancelling ALL appointments
The appointment time is booked and set aside for you, which is an agreement to pay for the appointment time
If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel an appointment, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged
If you NO-SHOW for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Notifying us as soon as possible allows us to offer your appointment time to the waitlist patients
A missed appointment leaves booking opportunities open and prevents Dianna from providing treatment to other clients
These policies are not meant to be a punishment but to protect my time, schedule and income as a Registered Massage Therapist.

NOTE: Missed appointments CANNOT be billed to insurance (this is insurance fraud)
